SERVICE UPDATES

Last Updated October 21st, 2020

New Haven Learning Centre has strict protocols regarding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), restricted access to facilities, daily staff and client screening, daily cleaning and frequent COVID-19 testing for all staff.

In the event that a staff member, client and/or caregiver receives a positive diagnosis of COVID-19, New Haven will follow the guidelines and recommendations of Public Health Offices. All policies and guidelines implemented are subject to change as Public Health Offices and the Provincial and Federal governments update the laws, policies and guidelines pertaining to COVID-19.

As a private school and non-profit organization which leases space from the City of Toronto and the Toronto District School Board respectively, New Haven is subject to provincial and municipal restrictions regarding closures and capacity at both locations.
